高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中的12种防腐剂

Simultaneous determination of 12 kinds of preservatives in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography

摘要: 采用高效液相色谱法同时测定不同种类化妆品中12种防腐剂的含量。样品用甲醇提取,经Phenomenex Luna C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)分离,流动相采用乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,用280和254 nm波长同时进行检测,柱温30 ℃。结果表明,12种防腐剂在进样范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.996;4种不同基质中低(60%)、中(100%)、高(140%) 3个梯度的加样回收率为95.2%~112.1%,RSD为0.36%~2.64% (n=9)。40批次洗护类样品的测定结果表明方法具有较高的重现性和耐用性,可用于同时测定化妆品中12种防腐剂的含量。

Abstract: HPLC method was established for simultaneous determination of 12 kinds of preservatives in cosmetics.Samples were extracted by methanol,then separated by Phenomenex Luna C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) using acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase with gradient elution,the detection wavelengths were 280 and 254 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.The calibration curves shows good linear relationship in the range of injection volume and all the correlation coefficients are above 0.996,the average recoveries spiked at 60%,100%,140% are in the range of 95.2%-112.1% with RSD of 0.36%-2.64% (n=9).The method shows good reproducibility and durability through detection of 40 batches of samples.It can be used for simultaneous determination of 12 kinds of preservatives in cosmetics.
