高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中防腐杀菌剂和防晒剂

Simultaneous determination of preservative bactericide and sun screener in cosmetics by HPLC

摘要: 建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中防腐剂、防晒剂和杀菌剂的分析方法。样品经流动相V(甲醇)∶V(四氢呋喃)∶V(水)=14∶43∶43的混合溶液提取后,使用XDB-C18柱和上述流动相分离,分时段切换3种检测波长254,281和311 nm进行检测。结果表明:在各自质量浓度范围内4种防腐剂、7种防晒剂和1种杀菌剂线性关系良好,方法回收率、精密度和检出限能满足实际检测要求。

Abstract: A high performance liquid chromatography method to simultaneously detect preservative,sun screener and bactericide in cosmetics was established.The sample was extracted by mobile phase solution composed of V(methanol)∶V(tetrahydrofuran)∶V(water)=14∶43∶43 and separated with above mobility by XDB-C18 column.They can be detected at wavelength of 254,281 and 311 nm at different time periods.The method shows good linear relationship in their respective mass concentration range.Recovery,precision and detection limit of the method can meet their practical testing requirements.
