    烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺基甜菜碱的构效关系研究

    为了研究非-两性离子混合型表面活性剂的构效关系,以乙氧基(EO)长度n分别为1,2,3和4的N,N-二甲基-N-十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺基甜菜碱(C12EOnSBe)为研究对象,利用滴体积法、时间分辨荧光法等获得C12EOnSBe的临界胶束浓度(cmc)、胶束聚集数(Nm)等性质参数。实验结果表明:与分子结构相近的传统十二烷基磺基甜菜碱(C12SBe)相比,C12EOnSBe的cmc更低;随着n增大,C12EOnSBe的cmc降低,饱和吸附量(Γm)增大,分子占据面积(Amin)减小,临界胶束聚集数(Nm,c)减小。 In order to find the structure-performance relationship of nonionic-zwitterionic hybrid surfactants,N,N-dimethyl-N-dodecyl polyoxyethylene (n) sulfobetaines (C12EOnSBe) with separate polyoxyethylene length (n=1-4) were taken as studying object.Data for critical micelle concentration (cmc) and number of micellar aggregates (Nm) were obtained by drop-volume method and time-resolved fluorescence method.Results showed that,as comparing with the conventional N,N-dimethyl-N-dodecyl sulfobetaine (C12SBe),cmc of C12EOnSBe (n=1-4) is lower.Following the increase of n,cmc of C12EOnSBe (n=1-4) declines;saturated adsorption (Γm) increases;the minimum molecular cross-sectional area (Amin) deceases;and the critical micellar aggregation number (Nm,c) decreases as well.

    重点介绍了离子液体表面活性剂的熔点与结构的关系。阳离子母体结构越不对称熔点越低,烷基链长增加熔点稍有提高;对阴离子型离子液体表面活性剂,阳离子的半径越大,其熔点越低;双子和Bola型离子液体表面活性剂比单疏水基离子液体表面活性剂的熔点高。室温呈液态的离子液体表面活性剂一般为黏稠液体,密度比一般有机溶剂大,在1 g/cm3左右,其表面张力为25~35 mN/m。 The relationship between melting point and structure of ionic liquid surfactants was emphatically introduced.The higher degree of asymmetry of structure of the parent cationic group,the lower melting point of the ionic liquid surfactants.Melting point increases slightly with increase of chain length of the alkyl group.For anionic surfactants,the melting point decreases with the increase of the radius of the cation.The melting point of Gemini and Bola surfactants is higher than that of single-tail surfactants.Under ambient temperature,ionic liquid surfactants are viscous liquid with surface tension of 25-35 mN/m.In general,density of ionic liquid surfactants is about 1 g/cm3 and higher than that of conventional organic liquid chemicals.

    以醇醚糖苷AEG050为原料,研究了其自身表面性能及不同添加剂对其表面性能的影响。结果表明,在25 ℃下AEG050的临界胶束浓度cmc=44.5 mg/L,最低表面张力γcmc=29.4 mN/m,具有较强的抗硬水能力。随着NaCl和Na2SO4两种无机盐浓度的增加,AEG050的表面活性增强。在较低浓度的一元醇溶液中,AEG050的表面活性增强,但当醇浓度较高时,其表面活性下降。AEG050与其他表面活性剂复配有一定的增效作用,尤其是与十六烷基三甲基溴化铵形成的复配体系,其cmc增效34.2%,γcmc增效4.1%。 Surface performance of alkyl ethoxy polyglycosides (AEG050) and the influences of different additives on them were examined.Results showed that:at 25 ℃,the value of critical micelle concentration (cmc) achieves 44.5 mg/L,and the surface tension at cmc (γcmc) achieves 29.4 mN/m.Besides,it displays rather strong capacity for resistance to hard water.With the increase of concentration of NaCl and/or Na2SO4,their surface activity increases.In monohydric alcohol solution of relatively lower concentration,the surface activity of AEG050 also strengthens,but when the monohydric alcohol concentration is relatively higher,their surface activity declines.There is a certain synergetic effect when AEG050 blends with other surfactants,especially cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB).In this case,cmc of blend composed of AEG050 and CTAB synergizes as 34.2% lower,while the surface tension γcmc decreases 4.1%.

    利用烷基硅烷接枝的掺氮TiO2纳米颗粒稳定W/O型Pickering乳液,研究了TiO2掺氮量对成乳的影响以及乳液的可见光响应性能,并将其作为微反应器应用于触发脲酶催化尿素生成碳酸铵的反应中。结果表明:在可见光照射下,烷基硅烷接枝的掺氮TiO2纳米颗粒表面由疏水变为亲水,可引发乳液液滴聚并以及液滴内酶促反应发生。 W/O type Pickering emulsion stabilized by alkyl silane grafted nitrogen doped titanium dioxide (s-N-TiO2) nanoparticles was used as micro-bioreactor for producing ammonium carbonate from carbamide by catalytic action of urease.Effect of amount of nitrogen doped on formation of the emulsion and the visible-light-responsive performance were studied.The results show that under the irradiation of visible light,surface of the s-N-TiO2 nanoparticles changes from hydrophobic to hydrophilic and coalescence of micro drops of the emulsion as well as the enzymatic reaction in the drops can be triggered.

    以聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为助纺剂,对疏水改性的海藻酸钠衍生物海藻酸辛酰胺(ACA)进行电纺性能研究。采用透射电镜、激光粒度和zeta电位分析仪、表面张力仪、电导率仪和流变仪对ACA的胶体界面性能进行表征,并采用扫描电镜、红外光谱仪和多晶X射线衍射仪对ACA/PVA电纺纳米纤维膜的形貌、官能团和晶型结构进行测试。结果表明:疏水改性使海藻酸钠(SA)分子灵活性增强,ACA分子可以蜷曲形成水动力学粒径大小为324 nm (PDI=0.38),zeta电位为-43.8 mV 的胶束。疏水改性和添加PVA助纺剂可以有效地降低SA溶液的表面张力和电导率,使其有效链缠结增多,ACA/PVA电纺纳米纤维膜的形貌更加规整均一。光谱分析结果表明,ACA和PVA两者间的氢键作用力是其增加链缠结点,实现静电纺丝的主要作用力。 With poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) as spinning accessory,the electrospinning of hydrophobically modified sodium alginate derivative,alginate caprylamide (ACA),was studied.The colloidal and interfacial performance of ACA were characterized by transmission electron microscope,laser particle size and zeta potential analyzer,surface tensiometer,conductivity meter and rheometer.In addition,the morphology,functional group and crystalline structure of ACA/PVA electrospun nanofiber membranes were measured by scanning electron microscope,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and poly-crystalline X-ray diffraction.Experimental results showed that the hydrophobic modification upgrades flexibility of sodium alginate (SA) molecules,which can curlily form micelles with the hydrodynamic particle size of 324 nm (PDI=0.38) and zeta potential value of -43.8 mV.Furthermore,the hydrophobic modification and the addition of PVA as the spinning accessory can effectively reduce the surface tension and conductivity of SA solution,enhance chain entanglements and cause the morphology of ACA/PVA electrospun nanofiber membranes more regular and uniform.Spectroscopy analysis results showed that the hydrogen bonding force between ACA and PVA is still the main force to increase chain entanglements and thus realize the electrospinning.

    8种中药提取物在膏霜类化妆品中的抑菌效能研究

    采用纤维素酶法提取8种中药(丁香、鱼腥草、虎杖、黄连、大黄、细辛、甘草和黄芩),并采用滤纸片法和试管二倍稀释法研究8种中药提取物的抑菌效能。根据其抑菌作用进行复配研究,参考美国个人护理品委员会(PCPC)的抑菌效能测试方法对膏霜配方进行微生物挑战试验。结果表明,在8种中药提取物中,黄连提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和大肠埃希氏菌的抑制效果最好,其抑菌圈直径分别为(12.4±0.4),(11.4±0.6)和(10.7±0.2) mm,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为31.25,31.25和15.625 g/L。当黄连和黄芩提取物在膏霜配方中的质量分数分别为0.8%和0.6%时,可较强地抑制细菌和真菌的生长,可通过微生物挑战试验。 Extracts of eight kinds of herb (clove,houttuynia,Polygonum cuspidatum,Coptis chinensis,rhubarb,asarum,licorice and scutellaria) were prepared by cellulase method;and their bacterium inhibition efficacy was studied by disc diffusion method and test tube broth dilution method.Formulation study based upon the bacterium inhibition of the aforesaid preservatives was conducted.With reference of the bacterium inhibition efficacy test method of American Personal Care Product Committee (PCPC),microbial challenge tests for cream formulation was processed.The test results demonstrated that in the eight kinds of herbal extract,the extract of Coptis chinensis shows best efficacy on Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli.Its diameter of inhibition zone is (12.4±0.4),(11.4±0.6) and (10.7±0.2) mm respectively,and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) is 31.25,31.25 and 15.625 g/L respectively.When the mass fraction of the extract of Coptis chinensis and scutellaria in cream formula is 0.8% and 0.6% respectively,it can inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi effectively and pass the microbial challenge test meanwhile.

    采用浸渍法制备了二氧化硅负载磷钨酸催化剂,使用IR、XRD和SEM对其进行了表征,并用该催化剂催化间苯二酚与苯乙烯反应合成了美白剂4-(1-苯乙基)-1,3-苯二酚,经二甲苯重结晶后使用MS和1H NMR确定了产物的结构;应用酪氨酸酶活性抑制实验、Fe3+还原力和自由基抑制实验评价了4-(1-苯乙基)-1,3-苯二酚的美白和抗氧化活性,并与β-熊果苷进行了比较。结果表明,以L-酪氨酸为底物时,4-(1-苯乙基)-1,3-苯二酚对酪氨酸酶的半抑制浓度IC50=0.010 5 g/L,明显低于β-熊果苷(IC50=0.64 g/L),4-(1-苯乙基)-1,3-苯二酚的美白效果远强于β-熊果苷;4-(1-苯乙基)-1,3-苯二酚对Fe3+还原力的半效应浓度EC50=0.033 g/L,去除羟基自由基的EC50=0.06 g/L,去除超氧自由基的EC50=0.32 g/L,与β-熊果苷的抗氧化能力相比,其对Fe3+还原力和去除超氧自由基的能力强于β-熊果苷。 A skin-whitening agent,4-(1-phenethyl)-1,3-benzenediol was prepared by catalytic synthesis with styrene and resorcinol as starting materials.The catalyst,silicon supported phosphotungstic acid was prepared by pickling process and characterized by IR,XRD and SEM.The synthesized crude product was purified by re-crystallization in xylene as solvent;and structure of the product was identified by MS and 1H NMR.Its skin-whitening activity and antioxidation activity were evaluated by using tyrosinase activity inhibition test,Fe3+ reducing capacity test as well as free radical inhibition test.Results showed that,the IC50 of the tyrosinase inhibition of the product is 0.010 5 g/L,which is much smaller than that of β-arbutin (IC50=0.64 g/L),and it means that the skin-whitening capacity of the product is conspicuously stronger than that of β-arbutin.Similarly,the EC50 of the capacity for Fe3+ reduction is 0.033 g/L;the EC50 of the capacity for hydroxyl free radical removal is 0.06 g/L;the EC50 of the capacity for superoxide free radical removal is 0.32 g/L;results indicates that the capacity for Fe3+ reduction and superoxide free radical removal of the product are stronger than that of β-arbutin.

    槐米提取液的抗氧化性能及在乳液化妆品中的应用研究

    考察槐米提取液的体外抗氧化、美白能力及加入乳液化妆品后的保湿、美白功效。实验结果表明:槐米提取液具有一定的体外抗氧化活性,与传统的抗氧化产品VC相比,其对DPPH的清除效果好于VC,对羟基自由基的清除率以及还原能力与VC接近;0.3 g/L的槐米提取液对酪氨酸酶的抑制率为60.33%;添加槐米提取液的乳液化妆品能有效提高其保湿性,增强其美白功效,对皮肤安全、无刺激。 In vitro antioxidation and skin-whitening capacity of extract from seed of Sophora japonica as well as moisturizing and skin-whitening efficacy of cosmetic emulsion formulated with the extract were examined.Experimental results show that,extract from seed of Sophora japonica displays certain in vitro antioxidation activity.As comparing with vitamin C,which is used as traditional antioxidation product,its DPPH scavenging rate is better than that of vitamin C;and hydroxyl free radical scavenging rate and reducing capacity are close to that of vitamin C.The tyrosinase inhibition rate of the extract from seed of Sophora japonica with mass concentration of 0.3 g/L achieves 60.33%.Addition of extract from seed of Sophora japonica in cosmetic emulsion can improve its efficacy for moisturizing and skin-whitening.This additive is safe and does not cause skin irritation.

    以海蜇、牛骨和鳕鱼皮胶原为原料,采用酶解制备了不同分子量(<1 kDa和1~3 kDa)的6种胶原肽。利用透皮扩散试验仪,考察了时间、分子量及质量浓度对胶原肽透皮吸收性的影响,通过荧光显微镜观察了异硫氰酸荧光素(FITC)标记的胶原肽对小鼠皮肤的透皮吸收过程。结果表明,6种胶原肽的质量浓度均为10 g/L时,其在24 h时透皮吸收能力由大到小依次为:<1 kDa鳕鱼皮胶原肽、<1 kDa牛骨胶原肽、<1 kDa海蜇胶原肽、1~3 kDa海蜇胶原肽、1~3kDa 牛骨胶原肽和1~3 kDa鳕鱼皮胶原肽;<1 kDa胶原肽透皮吸收能力优于1~3 kDa胶原肽。牛骨和海蜇胶原肽的质量浓度越大,透皮吸收性越好,而鳕鱼皮胶原肽则相反。3种来源胶原肽单位面积累积透过量均随时间延长而增加,分子量越大透皮吸收性能越差。 Six kinds of collagen peptide with different molecular weights (<1 kDa and 1~3 kDa) were prepared separately by enzymolysis method with collagen obtained from jellyfish,bovine bone and cod skin as starting materials.Effects of time,molecular weight and mass concentration on the transdermal absorption performance of the peptides were examined by transdermal diffusion testing apparatus.Permeation processes of FITC-labeled collagen peptides through mouse skin were observed by fluorescence microscopy.Results showed that,when mass concentration of the six kinds of collagen peptide is 10 g/L,the order (from big to small) of capacity of transdermal absorption at 24 h is as follows:<1 kDa cod skin collagen peptide,<1 kDa bovine bone collagen peptide,<1 kDa jellyfish collagen peptide,1~3 kDa jellyfish collagen peptide,1~3 kDa bovine bone collagen peptide and 1~3 kDa cod skin collagen peptide.The transdermal absorption capacity of <1 kDa collagen peptide is better than that of 1~3 kDa collagen peptide.For collagen peptide from bovine bone and jellyfish,the increase of mass concentration will result in enhancing transdermal absorptivity;while for cod skin collagen peptide,the situation is on the contrary.For all the three kinds of source of collagen,the cumulative penetration capacity of collagen peptides per unit area increases with time,while decreases with molecular weight.

    综述了皮肤微生物组成及作用、微生物定植的影响因素以及皮肤微生态与化妆品的相互关系。皮肤微生态平衡与皮肤健康密切相关。从皮肤微生态的角度出发,提出了研发化妆品防腐剂及功效成分的新思路,为化妆品研发提供了相关理论指导。 Composition and functions of skin microbials,factors that affecting microbial colonization as well as mutual relationship between skin microbiome and cosmetics were summarized.Skin microbiome balance is closely related to skin health.From point of view of skin microbiome,a new idea about research and development of preservatives and functional components in cosmetic formula to provide theoretical guidance for research and development of cosmetics was put forward.

    毛细管气相色谱法测定日化香精中溶剂含量的研究

    建立了HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱气相色谱和FID检测器测定市售日化香精中乙醇、1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇溶剂含量的方法。结果表明,各目标化合物分离良好,乙醇、1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇的线性范围分别为0.1~10,0.08~8和0.06~6 g/L,相关系数均大于0.999。该方法重复性良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于1%,方法检出限为0.28~3.35 g/L,在高、中、低3个加标浓度下,3种溶剂平均回收率为96.1%~103.0%,RSD为0.33%~1.33%(n=5)。该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,精密度好,能满足快速准确分析的要求,适用于日化香精中溶剂含量的检测。 A method for determination of content of solvents (ethanol,1,2-propanediol and glycerol) in fragrance for household and personal care products by gas chromatography (GC) equipped with capillary column HP-INNOWAX and hydrogen flame ionization detector was established.Results showed that each component displays good separation.The linearity range of ethanol,1,2-propanediol and glycerol achieves 0.1-10,0.08-8 and 0.06-6 g/L respectively.All the correlation coefficients are higher than 0.999.The method is repeatable and reproducible with RSD less than 1%.Detection limit achieves 0.28-3.35 g/L.All average recoveries under three spiking levels (high,middle and low) range from 96.1% to 103.0% (RSD=0.33%-1.33%,n=5).The method was simple and accurate,which may be used for the determination of the solvent in fragrance for household and personal care products.

    建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中防腐剂、防晒剂和杀菌剂的分析方法。样品经流动相V(甲醇)∶V(四氢呋喃)∶V(水)=14∶43∶43的混合溶液提取后,使用XDB-C18柱和上述流动相分离,分时段切换3种检测波长254,281和311 nm进行检测。结果表明:在各自质量浓度范围内4种防腐剂、7种防晒剂和1种杀菌剂线性关系良好,方法回收率、精密度和检出限能满足实际检测要求。 A high performance liquid chromatography method to simultaneously detect preservative,sun screener and bactericide in cosmetics was established.The sample was extracted by mobile phase solution composed of V(methanol)∶V(tetrahydrofuran)∶V(water)=14∶43∶43 and separated with above mobility by XDB-C18 column.They can be detected at wavelength of 254,281 and 311 nm at different time periods.The method shows good linear relationship in their respective mass concentration range.Recovery,precision and detection limit of the method can meet their practical testing requirements.
