    响应面法优化相变胶囊的包覆工艺
    Optimization of encapsulation efficiency for nanoencapsulated octadecane by response surface method

    通过界面自由基聚合法成功制备了包埋率高、毒性低的相变纳米胶囊,其中以正十八烷为芯材,以二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(DPGDA)为单体自交联形成聚合物壳。用响应面方法优化芯壁比、超声时间和固化温度对包埋率的影响。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图像显示所制备的纳米胶囊为球形。傅里叶变换红外光谱和差示扫描量热法(DSC)表明,十八烷可以很好地被包封在相变胶囊壳内,纳米胶囊的包埋率和载量分别为90.6%和30%。热重分析(TGA)表明相变纳米胶囊在120 ℃时依然具有良好的热稳定性。另外,用相变胶囊处理的棉织物在洗涤225 min后依然可以满足人类对保暖/凉爽的需求,这表明其在改善穿着者舒适性的调温纺织品中具有潜在应用。

    Phase-change nanocapsules with high encapsulation efficiency and low toxicity were successfully prepared via interfacial free-radical polymerization, in which n-octadecane was used as core material and dipropylene glycol diacrylate (DPGDA) monomer was self-crosslinked to form the polymer shell. Response surface method (RSM) was applied to optimize the effects of ratio of core/shell, curing temperature and homogenization time on the encapsulation efficiency. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) images revealed that the nanocapsules thus obtained possessed spherical morphology. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) showed that the n-octadecane could be well encapsulated inside the nanocapsules under the optimized condition, and the encapsulation efficiency and loading capacity of the nanocapules were 90.6% and 30%, respectively. The thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) of nanocapsules indicated that the phase-change nanocapsules had good thermostability up to 120 ℃. Additionally, cotton fabrics treated with the phase-change nanocapsules displayed good washing durability after 225 min washing, indicative of the potential application in thermo-regulated textiles for clothing to improve the thermal comfort of the wearer.

    综述了近年来两亲聚合物乳化作用的研究现状,主要包括不同结构两亲聚合物对乳化性能的影响。包括疏水基团、甜菜碱基团及复配体系对乳化的影响。总结了典型两亲聚合物乳状液的稳定机理,分析了两亲聚合物乳状液的渗流特性及对提高采收率的影响,为增强两亲聚合物乳化作用方法及乳化提高采收率机理奠定理论基础并明确发展方向。

    The research status of emulsification by using amphiphilic polymers in recent years has been reviewed, mainly including the effects of amphiphilic polymers of different structures on emulsifying properties. The effects of hydrophobic group, betaine group and compounded systems on emulsification have been introduced. The stabilizing mechanism of typical emulsions using amphiphilic polymers has been summarized. The percolation characteristics of emulsions containing amphiphilic polymers and the influence thereof on EOR have been analyzed. This review might provide theoretical foundation for how to enhance the emulsifying performance of amphiphilic polymers and for better understanding the role of emulsification in EOR mechanism. The development direction has also been pointed out.

    以丁香酚为原料,采用甲酯化、醚化和皂化反应成功合成了一种丁香酚基羧酸盐表面活性剂(Eu-10),并通过表面张力法和荧光探针法研究了其表面活性。在室温下,Eu-10的临界胶束浓度(cmc)为3.98 mmol/L。Eu-10内含有可聚合的不饱和双键。以Eu-10为乳化剂和共聚单体,采用乳液聚合法成功制备了苯乙烯和Eu-10共聚的纳米微球。利用扫描电镜和透射电镜等技术对样品的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明,由于Eu-10具有两亲性,得到的纳米微球具有核壳结构。考察了表面活性剂浓度、引发剂浓度和聚合温度对纳米微球的粒径影响。通过调节多种因素可以有效调节纳米微球的粒径。该体系充分利用了天然产物丁香酚的结构特征,拓展了天然产物在新材料制备方面的应用。

    A eugenol-based carboxylate surfactant (Eu-10) was successfully synthesized from eugenol by methyl esterification, etherification and saponification. The surface activity was investigated by surface tension method and fluorescent probe method. The critical micelle concentration (cmc) of Eu-10 was 3.98 mmol/L at room temperature. Eu-10 contains an unsaturated double bond. Nanospheres copolymerized by styrene and Eu-10 were successfully prepared through emulsion polymerization using Eu-10 as emulsifier and monomer. The structure and morphology of the samples were observed by scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results showed that due to the amphiphilicity of Eu-10, the nanospheres thus obtained had a core-shell structure. The effects of surfactant concentration, initiator concentration and polymerization temperature on the particle size of nanospheres were investigated. The particle size of the nanospheres could be effectively adjusted. This surfactant derives from the natural product eugenol and expands the application of natural products in the preparation of new materials.

    利用单矿物浮选试验分别研究了金红石在亚油酸钠与油酸钠或苯甲羟肟酸钠组成的二元表面活性剂体系中的浮选行为,采用Zeta电位、表面张力、接触角、紫外漫反射吸收光谱等手段从气/液、固/液界面探讨了组合药剂之间及组合药剂在金红石表面的作用机制。结果表明,药剂添加顺序对金红石浮选行为有较大影响,亚油酸钠与苯甲羟肟酸钠的协同效应指数要高于亚油酸钠和油酸钠组合体系;组合药剂在金红石表面的吸附可分为单层诱导共吸附和缔合物多层吸附两大类,分子间的缔合作用力及缔合产物的吸附状态是影响组合药剂协同作用及金红石浮选行为的关键因素;苯甲羟肟酸钠和亚油酸钠体系中不同药剂添加顺序下金红石浮选行为与其带隙宽度的变化有较好的一致性,而油酸钠和亚油酸钠体系中则未发现明确的对应关系。

    Flotation performances of rutile in binary systems of sodium linoleate (SL) / sodium oleate (SO) and sodium linoleate (SL) / benzohydroxamic acid sodium salt (BHA) were investigated through pure mineral flotation test. Measurements such as Zeta potential, surface tension, contact angle and UV diffuse reflectance spectroscopy were applied to discuss the interaction mechanism between reagents as well as the reagents onto mineral surface. The results indicated that the adding sequence of reagents had a significant influence on rutile flotation behavior and the synergistic effect index of SL/BHA system was better than that of SL/SO system. The adsorption modes of mixed surfactants on rutile surface could be divided into two major categories: ionic co-adsorption and association adsorption. The intermolecular interaction between the reagents and the adsorption properties of the association complexes were critical for the synergistic effect and the rutile flotation in different systems. The flotation behaviors of rutile at different reagent adding orders were consistent with the variations of bandgap width in SL/BHA system while no distinct corresponding relationship was found in SL/SO system.

    研究无规共聚物P(AA-co-BA)作为高分子表面活性剂的可行性。以丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为单体,采用自由基溶液聚合法成功制备了5种投料比的无规共聚物P(AA-co-BA),其热稳定性良好。研究比较了表面张力法和电导法对该聚合物临界胶束浓度(cmc)的测试,结果表明,两种方法在测试聚合物cmc时结果一致,电导法虽简便,但表面张力法更适合进行物质的表面活性研究。当单体投料比m(BA)∶m(AA)=1∶10~1∶5时,聚合物的cmc为0.6~0.9 g/L,对应的表面张力为44.8~49.5 mN/m,这表明适当投料比的无规共聚物P(AA-co-BA)可以作为高分子表面活性剂。

    The feasibility of random copolymer P(AA-co-BA) as polymeric surfactant was studied. Five kinds of random copolymer P(AA-co-BA) were successfully synthesized by free radical solution polymerization with acrylic acid (AA) and butyl acrylate (BA) as monomers, and the products showed good thermal stability. The critical micelle concentration (cmc) of the polymers were tested and compared by surface tension method and conductivity method. The results showed that, the cmc values obtained by the two methods were consistent; while, although the conductivity method was more simple and convenient, the surface tension method was more suitable for studying the surface activity of substances. When the monomer m(BA)∶m(AA)=1∶10~1∶5, the cmc of the polymer was 0.6~0.9 g/L, and the corresponding surface tension was 44.8~49.5 mN/m, which showed that the random copolymer P(AA-co-BA) with appropriate feed ratio could be used as polymeric surfactant.

    采用溶解氧测定方法,基于GB/T 21831-2008《化学品 快速生物降解性:密闭瓶法试验》所规定的试验条件,对GTL烷基苯磺酸的最终生物降解性进行了测试。并对密闭瓶法的若干试验条件做了初步探讨。结果表明:测试样品GTL烷基苯磺酸的最终生物降解度大于60%,符合GB/T 26396-2011《洗涤用品安全技术规范》中对洗涤剂用表面活性剂最终生物降解度的要求。

    The ready biodegradability of GTL-alkylbenzene sulfonic acid was studied by closed bottle test based on the national standard GB/T 21831-2008 “Chemicals-ready biodegradability: closed bottle test”. Some test conditions in the closed bottle test were also optimized. The results showed that the ready biodegradability of GTL-alkylbenzene sulfonic acid was over 60%, which met the requirements of national standard GB/T 26396-2011 “Technical specification for safety of soaps and detergents” for the surfactants used in soap and detergent formulation.

    防脱生发活性物共输送纳米脂质体的制备及功效评价

    采用高压均质技术制备了载有二氨基嘧啶氧化物(Kopexil)和吡咯烷基二氨基嘧啶氧化物(Kopyrrol)这两种防脱生发活性物的共输送纳米脂质体(Kopexil/Kopyrrol-LPs),其平均粒径为(81.2±1.3) nm,多分散系数PDI为0.104±0.006,Zeta电位为(-15.6±0.6) mV。纳米脂质体中Kopexil的载药量和包封率分别为22.1%和93.8%,Kopyrrol的载药量和包封率分别为11.0%和94.6%。采用Franz扩散池法研究Kopexil/Kopyrrol-LPs的体外释放和透皮特性,结果表明,纳米脂质体中Kopexil和Kopyrrol呈明显的缓释行为,其Kopexil的皮肤累积渗透量和滞留量分别为95.66和7.23 μg/cm 2,Kopyrrol的皮肤累积渗透量和滞留量分别为40.48和6.07 μg/cm 2。Kopexil/Kopyrrol-LPs中Kopexil和Kopyrrol的24 h皮肤滞留量分别较游离活性物提升约1.8和2.2倍。比较连续给药21天后雄激素脱发模型小鼠背部毛发生长情况以及皮肤组织切片,结果显示Kopexil/Kopyrrol-LPs组小鼠生发速度以及毛囊数量均显著高于游离活性物组。

    The co-delivery nanoliposomes (Kopexil/Kopyrrol-LPs) containing two kinds of anti-alopecia agents (Kopexil and Kopyrrol) were prepared by high pressure homogenization technology. The mean particle size of the Kopexil/Kopyrrol-LPs was (81.2±1.3) nm, the PDI was 0.104±0.006, and the Zeta potential was (-15.6±0.6) mV. The drug loading efficiency and encapsulation efficiency of Kopexil in the nanoliposomes were 22.1% and 93.8%, respectively, and those of Kopyrrol were 11.0% and 94.6%, respectively. The in vitro release profiles and transdermal efficiency of the two agents in the Kopexil/Kopyrrol-LPs were studied by Franz diffusion cell method. Sustained release of the two agents from the Kopexil/Kopyrrol-LPs were demonstrated. The cumulative skin penetration and retention of Kopexil were 95.66 and 7.23 μg/cm 2, respectively, and those of Kopyrrol were 40.48 and 6.07 μg/cm 2, respectively. The 24 h skin retentions of Kopexil and Kopyrrol in Kopexil/Kopyrrol-LPs were approximately 1.8 and 2.2 times higher than that of free active agents, respectively. After 21 days of continuous administration of the Kopexil/Kopyrrol-LPs in the back skin of androgenetic alopecia murine models, the speed of hair growth and the number of hair follicles in the Kopexil/Kopyrrol-LPs group were significantly higher than those in the free active agents group, based on the hair growth and tissue section of the treated skin.

    为开发副干酪乳杆菌发酵产物在化妆品领域的应用,对副干酪乳杆菌的培养条件运用单因素实验进行优化并测定副干酪乳杆菌发酵液中多肽和总糖的含量。对副干酪乳杆菌发酵液进行DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基清除率实验和ABTS· +抗氧化能力测定。用HaCat细胞建立UV损伤细胞模型,采用Cusabio人白介素10(IL-10)和人组织蛋白酶B(CTSB)酶联免疫试剂盒进行检测。并测定副干酪乳杆菌发酵液对HaCat细胞溶酶体活性的影响。抗氧化实验数据结果表明副干酪乳杆菌发酵液具有DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基清除能力和ABTS· +抗氧化能力。5%的副干酪乳杆菌发酵液能使IL-10表达量较模型组下降18 pg/mL,说明副干酪乳杆菌发酵液具有抗UV引起的免疫抑制的功效。10%的副干酪乳杆菌发酵液对CTSB表达的抑制作用与阳性对照组(乙酰水杨酸)相当,说明10%的副干酪乳杆菌发酵液抗炎效果与5 mmol/L乙酰水杨酸相当。在5%副干酪乳杆菌发酵液作用下,溶酶体活性较模型组提高23%,进一步说明副干酪乳杆菌发酵液具有良好的抗炎效果。

    In order to develop the application of Lactobacillus paracasei fermentation products in cosmetics, the culture conditions of Lactobacillus paracasei were optimized by single factor experiment and the content of polypeptide and total sugar in Lactobacillus paracasei fermentation broth were determined. DPPH, superoxide anion clearance test and ABTS· + antioxidant capacity were measured on Lactobacillus paracasei fermentation. A UV-injured cell model was established using HaCat cells and detected using Cusabio human interleukin 10 (IL-10) and human cathepsin B (CTSB) enzyme-linked immunosorbent kits. The effects of Lactobacillus paracasei fermentation broth on the lysosomal activity of HaCat cells were determined. The results of antioxidant data showed that the Lactobacillus paracasei fermentation broth had scavenging ability for DPPH free radicals and superoxide anions, and antioxidant capacity for ABTS· +. 5% Lactobacillus paracasei fermentation broth could reduce IL-10 expression by 18 pg/mL compared with the model group, indicating that Lactobacillus paracasei fermentation broth had anti-UV-induced immunosuppressive effect. The inhibitory effect of 10% Lactobacillus paracasei fermentation broth on CTSB expression was comparable to that of the positive control group (aspirin), indicating that the anti-inflammatory effect of 10% Lactobacillus paracasei fermentation broth was comparable to that of 5 mmol/L aspirin. In the presence of 5% Lactobacillus paracasei fermentation broth, the lysosomal activity was increased by 23% compared with the model group, further indicating its good anti-inflammatory effect.

    选取“本地道地”药材新会陈皮,利用超声波法提取陈皮中黄酮为有效成分,考察了陈皮提取物中总黄酮含量和自由基清除能力。在此基础上,通过对3种氨基酸的筛选及复配,制备得到一系列含陈皮提取物的氨基酸皂,并对其进行了性能检测、抑菌效果及功效评价。结果表明,复配后含陈皮提取物的氨基酸皂呈弱酸性,透明度和硬度高,发泡和稳泡性能好,对DPPH自由基有一定的清除能力,其能力与添加陈皮提取物含量呈明显量效关系,并对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有良好的抑菌效果。

    The “local authentic” medicinal material Xinhui tangerine peel was selected, and the flavonoids in tangerine peel were extracted by ultrasonic method as the active ingredients. The total flavonoid content and free radical scavenging ability in the tangerine peel extract were investigated. On this basis, a series of amino acid soaps containing tangerine peel extract were prepared by screening and compounding three kinds of amino acids, and their performance, antibacterial effect and efficacy were evaluated. The results show that the soaps containing tangerine peel extract are weakly acidic, with high transparency and hardness, good foaming and foam stabilizing properties, and have a certain ability to scavenge DPPH free radicals in a tangerine peel extract dose dependent manner. They also exhibited antibacterial activity against E.enteritidis and Staphylococcus aureus.

    表面活性剂是一类性能优异的工业助剂,被广泛应用于工业、农业以及人们的日常生活中。然而表面活性剂使用量的日益增加以及应用后的不规范处理导致大量表面活性剂转移进入水体中,引起了一系列亟需重视的环境问题。着重介绍了表面活性剂废水的来源、组成特点、危害及其处理技术。

    Surfactants are one kind of industrial additives with excellent properties, which have been widely used in industry, agriculture and daily life. However, due to the increasing usage amount and the improper disposal, a large amount of surfactants have been transferred into the water system, thus leading to a series of serious environmental problems. Herein, we have focused on the surfactant-containing wastewater. The sources, the composition characteristics, the harm to the environment, and the treatment technologies, have been introduced.

    建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时测定化妆品中四环素、甲硝唑、氧氟沙星、磺胺吡啶等40种抗菌药物的检测方法。样品采用20%乙腈(含0.5%甲酸)作为提取溶剂,LC部分采用0.5%甲酸水溶液为流动相A,0.5%甲酸的乙腈溶液为流动相B,梯度洗脱,进样量为2 μL,流速为0.3 mL/min,柱温为30 ℃,MS部分采用电喷雾离子源、正离子多反应监测模式(MRM)测定,外标法定量。结果表明40种抗菌药物的线性范围为20~100 μg/L,相关系数大于0.997,检出限为0.025~0.25 μg/g,在低中高3种加标质量浓度下,40种抗菌药物的平均回收率为73.8%~109.1%。筛查的84批次样品中有1批次样品检出甲硝唑,1批次样品检出环丙沙星,1批次样品检出甲硝唑和氧氟沙星。该方法具有良好的选择性、灵敏度和准确性,可用于化妆品中40种非法添加抗菌药物的同时测定。

    A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) method for the simultaneous determination of 40 antibacterial agents including tetracycline, metronidazole, ofloxacin and sulfapyridine in cosmetics was established. The samples were extracted with 20% acetonitrile (containing 0.5% formic acid) as the extraction solvent. The LC part used 0.5% formic acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase A and 0.5% formic acid in acetonitrile solution as the mobile phase B, gradient elution, the injection volume was 2 μL, the flow rate was 0.3 mL/min, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The MS part was determined by electrospray ion source, positive ion multiple reaction monitoring mode (MRM), and the external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. The results show that the linear range of 40 antibiotics was within 20-100 μg/L, the correlation coefficient was more than 0.997, and the detection limit was within 0.025-0.25 μg/g. The average recovery rate of 40 antibiotics was 73.8%-109.1% at the low, medium and high spiked mass concentrations. Among the 84 batches of samples screened, 1 batch of samples detected metronidazole, 1 batch of samples detected ciprofloxacin, and 1 batch of samples detected metronidazole and ofloxacin. The method has good selectivity, sensitivity and accuracy, and can be used for the simultaneous determination of 40 illegally added antibacterial agents in cosmetics.

    建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)测定美白类化妆品中5种荧光增白剂(FWAs)的分析方法。在样品中加入10 mL 50%甲醇溶液,超声提取30 min,经WAX固相萃取小柱净化后,采用CAPCELL PAK-C18 (2.0 mm×150 mm,3 μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-5 mmol/L 乙酸铵溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用电喷雾离子源(ESI),在负离子、多反应监测(MRM)模式下扫描,外标法定量。结果表明,5种荧光增白剂在各自范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,检出限为0.1~1.01 mg/L,定量限为0.33~2.03 mg/L;在3个添加水平下的平均回收率为90.6%~113.2%,相对标准偏差为2.2%~14.1%。

    A method for the determination of five fluorescent whitening agents (FWAs) in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) was developed. The samples were extracted with 50% methanol by ultrasonic extraction for 30 min, purified by WAX SPE column, and analyzed by HPLC-MS/MS on a CAPCELL PAK-C18 column (2.0 mm×150 mm, 3 μm), employing methanol-5 mmol/L ammonium acetate as mobile phase in a gradient elution mode. Electrospray ionization (ESI) source was operated in the negative mode using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) scanning mode. The results were quantified by external standard method. The results indicated that the method had good linear relationships with correlation coefficients (r) greater than 0.99. The limits of detection(LODs) are 0.1-1.01 mg/L and the limits of quantification (LOQs) are 0.33-2.03 mg/L. The average recoveries at three spiked levels are in the range of 90.6%-113.2%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) are in the range of 2.2%-14.1%.
