    壬基环己醇聚氧乙烯醚表面活性剂的性能研究

    壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚-10(NPEO10)的替代是一个顺应环境和法规的需求问题,而壬基环己醇聚氧乙烯醚(NCEOn)的结构与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPEOn)高度相似,原料来源一致,有可能作为其替代品。系统考察和比较了NCEOn和NPEO10的应用性能,以期在NCEOn的构效关系方面,为提供NPEO10的环境友好型替代品提供理论依据。实验结果表明,NCEO7具有与NPEO10最为接近的乳化和润湿性能,且对橄榄油、液体石蜡和二甲基硅油具有较NPEO10略好的乳化能力,有望替代NPEO10作为乳化剂应用于农药、制药和石油等领域中。

    The substitution of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether-10(NPEO10)is a subject regarding environmental and regulatory requirements. Nonylcyclohexanol polyoxyethylene ether(NCEOn)possesses a structure similar to nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, with the same source of raw materials, and is most likely to be used as a substitute. The application performances of NCEOn and NPEO10 were systematically examined and compared, in order to provide a theoretical reference for seeking environmentally friendly alternatives to NPEO10 in terms of the structure-activity relationship of NCEOn. The experimental results show that NCEO7 is the one most like NPEO10 in emulsifying and wetting properties, and it is slightly better than NPEO10 in emulsifying olive oil, liquid paraffin and dimethicone. Therefore, NCEO7 can be a candidate for substituting NPEO10 as an emulsifier in industrial fields such as pesticides, pharmaceuticals and petroleum.

    表面活性剂分子是典型的两亲分子,由于其具有润湿、乳化、起泡、分散、增溶等多种性能,已在日化行业、食品工业、三次采油、细胞作用和酶效应领域得到广泛的研究及应用。表面活性剂分子具有两亲性,可以在非共价键弱相互作用的驱动下在溶液中自发形成各种有序聚集体结构。得益于有序聚集体的结构效应和尺寸效应,可以进一步拓展表面活性剂在离子传导方面的应用。这些有序聚集体可以为离子的传输提供连续的传导通道,进而大大提高离子的传导效率。

    Surfactants are one kind of typical amphiphilic molecules, which have been widely studied and applied in the fields of daily chemical industry, food industry, tertiary oil recovery, cell effect and enzyme effect due to their various properties such as wetting, emulsifying, foaming, dispersing and solubilizing. Driven by the non-covalent interactions, surfactant molecules can spontaneously form various ordered aggregate structures in solution. Owing to the structure effect and size effect of ordered aggregates, the application of surfactants in ion conduction has been extended. These ordered aggregates can provide a continuous conduction channel for ion transportation, which can greatly improve the ion-conducting efficiency.

    对异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚上的环氧乙烷数(EO数)及用3个环氧丙烷数(3PO数)对其封端后的构效关系进行了对比性研究。对不同的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚及3PO封端的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚的表面张力、临界胶束浓度、润湿性质、泡沫性质、乳化力及浊点进行了测试,发现随着EO数的增加异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚的最低表面张力(γcmc)、临界胶束浓度(cmc)、稳泡力、起泡力、润湿时间及浊点均增大。PO封端后,相较于封端前,其表面张力增大;临界胶束浓度、稳泡力、起泡力、乳化力及浊点均降低;EO数大于9时,封端后的润湿力相较于封端之前有所提高。最终结果表明聚醚的不同结构对其性能有不同的影响。

    The structure-property relationship of iso-tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether with different number of ethylene oxide (EO) units was studied, as well as their performance after blocking with 3 units of propylene oxide (3PO). The surface tension, critical micelle concentration (cmc), wetting properties, foam properties, emulsifying power and cloud point of iso-tridecanol polyoxyethylene ethers and 3PO-blocked iso-tridecanol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether were investigated. The results show that the minimum surface tension (γcmc), the cmc, the foam stability and the foaming power, the wetting time and the cloud point of iso-tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether are increased with the increase of the EO number. It is also found that when PO is blocked, its surface tension is increased; the cmc, foam stability, foaming and emulsifying ability and cloud point are decreased; when the EO number is greater than 9, the wetting force is increased. In summary, the structure of polyethers affects their properties.

    使用N-[4-(三乙基铵甲撑)苯酰基]己内酰胺氯化物(TBCC)对过硼酸钠、过碳酸钠和过氧化脲进行活化,对沾染了茶渍、咖啡渍和红酒渍的白色纺织品进行室温洁白洗涤。实验结果表明,活化过硼酸钠体系和活化过碳酸钠体系对污渍纺织品的室温洁白洗涤效果显著,但活化过氧化脲体系对污渍纺织品的室温洁白洗涤效果不佳。研究发现,向活化过氧化脲体系中加入适量碳酸钠可显著改善其对污渍纺织品的室温洁白洗涤性能。阴离子和非离子表面活性剂分别与TBCC活化过氧化物体系组合对污渍纺织品进行室温洁白洗涤,二者均对TBCC活化过氧化物体系的洁白洗涤性能没有显著影响。

    N-[4-(triethylammoniomethyl) benzoyl] caprolactam chloride (TBCC) was used for activation of sodium perborate, sodium percarbonate and percarbamide for room-temperature cleaning of white fabrics contaminated with tea, coffee and wine. The experiment results show that the activated perborate and percarbonate systems exhibit outstanding room-temperature cleaning performance, but the activated percarbamide system exhibits poor room-temperature cleaning performance. It is found that the incorporation of sodium carbonate in the TBCC-activated percarbamide system can effectively improve its room-temperature cleaning performance. The TBCC-activated peroxide systems added with anionic and nonionic surfactants have no apparent change in their cleaning performance.

    以氨水弱碱代替NaOH作为碱源,铵型硅溶胶与硫酸铝作为不含钠的硅铝源,N,N,N-三甲基-1-金刚烷基氢氧化铵作为有机模板剂,一步水热法无钠途径合成了不同硅铝比的SSZ-13分子筛。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、氨气程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)、元素分析、热重分析(TG-DTG)和N2等温吸附-脱附(BET)等手段表征产物,并以甲醇制烯烃反应(MTO)评价其催化性能。结果表明,采用氨水合成的不同硅铝比的铵型 SSZ-13分子筛,粒径随着硅铝比增加而减小;合成产物直接焙烧后可用于催化反应,硅铝比为75 较25的样品在甲醇制烯烃催化反应中寿命延长了2.6倍。

    SSZ-13 molecular sieves with different silica-alumina ratios were synthesized by sodium-free one-step hydrothermal method in which ammonia water was used to replace NaOH as alkaline source, ammonium-type silica sol and aluminum sulfate were used as silicon and aluminum sources, and N,N,N-trimethyl-1-adamantyl ammonium hydroxide was used as the organic template agent. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), FT-IR, temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia(NH3-TPD), elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis(TG-DTG) and isothermal N2 adsorption and desorption(BET). The catalytic performance of the products was evaluated by Methanol-to-Olefins(MTO) reaction. The results show that the particle size of SSZ-13 molecular sieves with different silica-alumina ratios synthesized by ammonia is decreased with the increase of silica-alumina ratio; the products synthesized can be directly used after calcination for catalytic reaction; in the catalytic reaction of MTO, the catalyst with silica-alumina ratio of 75 exhibits a life span nearly 2.6 times longer than the one with silica-alumina ratio of 25.

    使用SPF 290S防晒指数测定仪测试防晒产品体外SPF值,比较其与人体法结果的一致性。对体外仪器法测定SPF值试验条件进行研究:选择PMMA板或HD6板为基板,样品涂样量2 mg/cm 2,室温放置30 min测定,该条件下能够得到较为稳定、重复性较好的体外SPF值测定结果。对产品的研究表明无机防晒剂会影响体外法和人体法的一致性,不含无机防晒剂的防晒产品,一致性好。含无机防晒剂的样品(包括氧化锌和二氧化钛),结果一致性较差。

    SPF 290S was used to test the SPF value of sunscreen products in vitro, and the consistency with the results of in vivo method was compared. The experimental conditions for the determination of SPF values by in vitro instrument were studied. PMMA plate or HD6 plate were used as the substrate, samples were coated at a dose of 2 mg/cm 2, and placed in room temperature for 30 min. Under this condition, a more stable and reproducible SPF value in vitro measurement results could be obtained. Studies on the products define that inorganic sunscreen agents(including zinc oxide and titanium dioxide) can affect the consistency of in vitro and in vivo methods, and sunscreen products without inorganic show good consistency. Products containing inorganic sunscreen agents show poor consistency.

    以中药白茯苓为研究对象,微波辅助提取其美白成分。在提取溶剂、液料比、提取时间、微波功率单因素试验基础上,利用Box-Behnken响应面设计模型,以提取物对酪氨酸酶的相对抑制率为评价标准,应用响应面分析优化,找出了各个因素的最优组合及响应值的最佳值。确定最佳的提取工艺条件为:以水为提取溶剂,液料比为10∶1(mL ∶g),微波功率520 W,微波时间7 min,提取2次。在该条件下提取物得率为12.70%,对酪氨酸酶的相对抑制率为31.10%,与模型理论值31.33%很接近。

    The microwave-assisted extraction of skin-whitening agent from white Poria cocos was optimized by response surface methodology. Based on single factor experiment, the extraction solvent, liquid to solid ratio, extraction time, and microwave power were selected as independent variables and the relative inhibition rate of the extractive against tyrosinase was used as the response value. The Box-Behnken design and response surface method were used to optimize the extraction technology. The optimized conditions of extraction are as follows: distilled water is used as extraction solvent, with liquid to solid ratio of 10∶1(mL∶g), extraction time of 7 min, microwave power of 520 W, and being extracted twice in one process. Under the optimized conditions, the yield of the extractive is 12.70%, and the relative inhibition rate is 31.10%, which is close to the theoretically predicted value(31.33%).

    中药生发液对小鼠脱发的治疗作用研究

    通过给小鼠背部脱毛区涂抹中药生发液,研究了生发液对小鼠脱发的治疗作用。通过测量小鼠新生毛发的长度考察生发液对毛发再生速度的影响;利用皮肤HE染色切片研究生发液对毛囊形态结构和终毛/毳毛比值的影响;利用皮肤Masson染色切片研究生发液对胶原纤维排列的影响;利用Western Blot法研究生发液对皮肤内乳酸脱氢酶(Ldha)表达的影响。结果表明,与对照组比较,经中药生发液处理后的药物组毛发再生速度加快、毛囊数量增多、终毛/毳毛比值提高、胶原纤维排列更紧密有序、Ldha表达上调,说明中药生发液具有促进毛发生长的功效。

    The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine hair restorer on hair loss in mice was studied by applying the hair restorer to the hair removal area on the back mice. The effect of hair restorer on hair regeneration rate was evaluated by measuring the newborn hair length on mice. The effect of hair restorer on the morphology of hair follicles and the terminal/vellus hair ratio was evaluated by observing the skin HE staining section. The effect of hair restorer on collagen fiber arrangement was evaluated by observing the skin Masson staining section. The effect of hair restorer on the expression of lactate dehydrogenase(Ldha)was detected by Western Blot. The results show that compared with the control group, the hair regeneration rate is accelerated, the number of hair follicles increases, the terminal/vellus hair ratio increases, collagen fibers arrange more closely and orderly, and the expression of Ldha is up-regulated in the treatment group, which indicate that the traditional Chinese medicine hair restorer has an efficacy of promoting hair growth.

    采用冷制法,以橄榄油、椰子油、棕榈油、蜜蜡等天然植物油为皂基,以山茱萸多糖为抗菌有效成分,制备了山茱萸多糖手工皂,并对其进行了性能检测、抑菌效果及安全性评价。得到椰子油、棕榈油、橄榄油、蜜蜡的较佳质量分数分别为25%,25%,45%和5%,添加1%山茱萸多糖为较佳处方。总游离碱、游离苛性碱、水分和挥发物含量均符合QB/T 2485—2008《香皂》标准,皮肤刺激实验、急性眼刺激实验无明显刺激作用。结果表明山茱萸多糖手工皂安全、无刺激性,为山茱萸植物资源的综合利用提供了科学依据。

    The handmade soap was prepared with the cold process using olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil and beeswax as soap base and polysaccharide of Corni Fructus as the functional component. The properties, antibacterial activity and safety of the soap were evaluated. The optimized proportions of coconut oil, palm oil, olive oil and beeswax were 25%, 25%, 45% and 5%, together with that of Corni Fructus polysaccharide being 1%. The indexes such as the total free base, free caustic alkali, water content and volatile oil were all consistent with the Chinese standards, and it was not irritant to the skin or eyes of rabbits. The results show that such handmade soap containing Corni Fructus polysaccharide is safe and nonirritating, which provides a scientific basis for utilization of the Corni Fructus.

    对计算机辅助药物设计技术应用于化妆品植物来源功效物质筛选和预测进行综述,论述其应用于预测药用植物所含成分在皮肤相关生物学途径中靶蛋白的结合关系,以及整体评价药用植物在皮肤生理学上的作用。提出构建完整、高效、便捷的原料研发模式的建议,并对其进行展望。

    The application of computer-aided drug design technology in the screening and prediction of functional substances in cosmetic plant materials was reviewed, its application in predicting the binding relationship of target proteins in skin-related biological pathways of medicinal plants, and the overall evaluation of the role of medicinal plants in skin physiology were discussed. Suggestions for constructing a complete, efficient and convenient raw material research and development model are proposed and prospected.

    综述了水飞蓟素在皮肤科的功效及作用机制,包括抗光损伤、抗氧化、延缓皮肤衰老、美白、保护毛发、治疗黄褐斑、治疗酒渣鼻及疤痕修复等,介绍了水飞蓟素在化妆品中的应用现状,包括防晒霜、精华霜、眼霜、洗液、面膜等,并展望了其在化妆品行业中广阔的应用前景。

    The efficacy and mechanism of silymarin in dermatology were reviewed, including anti-light damage, antioxidant, delaying skin aging, whitening, hair protection, treatment of chloasma, rosacea and scar repair. The applications of silymarin in cosmetics were introduced, including sunscreen cream, essence cream, eye cream, lotion, mask, etc. A broader application of silymarin in cosmetics industry was also prospected.

    概述了黑色素合成与信号转导途径,综述了海藻活性成分如多糖、多酚、类胡萝卜素和萜类化合物;海洋动物提取物如蛋白质、多肽和糖蛋白;以及海洋微生物中微藻、真菌和细菌的活性物质在美白方面的研究成果,并指出以这些活性成分为原料开发新型美白化妆品的市场前景。

    The synthesis and signal transduction pathway of melanin were summarized. The research results of seaweed active composition such as polysaccharides, polyphenols, carotenoids and terpenoids, marine animal extracts such as collagen, peptides and glycoproteins, and active substances of microalgae, marine fungi and bacteria in whitening were reviewed. It points out the market prospect of developing new whitening cosmetics based on these active ingredients.

    建立了金属络合衍生/高效液相色谱同时测定洗涤用品中乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)和氮川三乙酸(NTA)的分析方法。样品经水提取,硝酸铜络合衍生,MAX阴离子交换固相萃取柱净化,经X-Bridge C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm)色谱柱分离后,用高效液相色谱/二极管阵列检测器检测,以保留时间和紫外吸收光谱定性,外标法定量。结果表明,氮川三乙酸与乙二胺四乙酸在各自范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(R 2)均大于0.999 7,检出限为10~20 mg/kg,定量限为25~50 mg/kg。添加水平为0.5~100.0 mg/L时平均回收率为89.8%~107.8%,相对标准偏差(RSDs,n=6)为1.11%~5.71%,该方法精密度好,准确度高,可满足相关检测需求。

    A method for the determination of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA)and nitrilotriacetic acid(NTA)in detergent products was established using metal-complexing derivatization and high performance liquid chromatography. The samples were extracted with water, derivatized with Cu(NO32, purified by MAX anion-exchange solid-phase extraction, separated on an X-Bridge C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column, and detected by HPLC with a diode array detector. The retention time and UV absorption spectra were used for qualitation and the external standard method was used for quantitation. The results show that, under optimized conditions, the calibration curves show good linearity in respective ranges for NTA and EDTA with correlation coefficients(R 2)no less than 0.999 7. The LODs and LOQs are in the ranges of 10-20 mg/kg and 25-50 mg/kg, respectively. The recoveries of EDTA and NTA at the spiked levels of 0.5-100.0 mg/L are in the range of 89.8%-107.8% with the relative standard deviations(RSDs, n=6)are 1.11%-5.71%. With good precision and high accuracy, this method is suitable for the determination of EDTA and NTA in detergent products.

    建立了美白化妆品中苯酚、氢醌、熊果苷和曲酸分析的胶束电动毛细管色谱法,详细研究了分离缓冲溶液的种类及各组分浓度对分离的影响。以内径50 μm、总长度40.2 cm(有效长度30 cm)未涂层熔融石英毛细管为分离柱,以110 mmol/L H3BO3+5 mmol/L Na2HPO4 (pH=7.5)+120 mmol/L十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为分离缓冲溶液,于5 min之内实现了4种物质的分离与测定。检测波长为214 nm。结果表明,4种组分的校正峰面积与质量浓度在12.5~2 000 μg/g范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999。低、中、高3个浓度水平的加标回收率在96%~112%之间,相对标准偏差在0.08%~2.50%之间;方法的检出限(S/N=3)为2.5~12.5 μg/g。该方法准确性高、重复性好、操作方法简便,适用于实际样品的测定。

    A new micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of phenol, hydroquinone, arbutin and kojic acid in whitening cosmetics was developed. The selection and optimization of separation buffer were investigated in detail. The four substances were separated and determined within 5 minutes using uncoated fused silica capillary with an internal diameter of 50 μm and a total length of 40.2 cm (effective length of 30 cm) as separation column and 110 mmol/L H3BO3, 5 mmol/L Na2HPO4 (pH=7.5) and 120 mmol/L sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as separation buffer solution. The detection wavelength was 214 nm. The results show that the corrected peak area (Ac) and the concentrations of the four components have good linear relationships within the ranges of 12.5-2 000 μg/g with the linear correlation coefficients (r) all above 0.999. The recoveries at three spiked levels are in the ranges of 96%-112%, and the relative standard deviations are in the ranges of 0.08%-2.50%. The limits of detection are in the ranges of 2.5-12.5 μg/g. The newly established method is suitable for actual sample analysis with high accuracy, good repeatability and simplicity.
