抗衰老化妆品体外细胞水平上功效评价方法研究进展

摘要: 从角质形成细胞模型抗衰老功效评价方法、成纤维细胞模型抗衰老功效评价方法以及三维皮肤模型抗衰老功效评价方法3方面,综述了抗衰老化妆品体外细胞水平上功效评价方法。在培养的角质形成细胞、成纤维细胞及三维皮肤模型上对化妆品有效成分进行细胞学观察及关键指标分子生物学检测,这些技术对抗衰老产品的功效评价和研发具有广泛的应用价值。

Abstract: From three aspects for in vitro evaluation method on cellular level for efficacy of anti-senility cosmetics,i.e.the keratinocytes model,the fibroblast model and the three-dimensional skin model were summarized.The evaluation method is mainly based on the cytological observation and the detection of molecular biological indicators in the cell model of keratinocytes,fibroblast and three-dimensional skin.The application of these techniques has a wide range value for the development and evaluation of skin anti-senility products.
