    2020, 50 (5):  287-291.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-1803.2020.05.001
    Abstract ( 337 )   HTML ( 99 )   PDF (1807KB) ( 303 )

Aiming at the problems of heavy oil such as high viscosity, poor fluidity and difficulty in exploitation, a heavy-oil self-emulsifying composite system for cold oil recovery was developed. The bottle test method, stability analyzer, optical microscope and rheometer were used to evaluate the components of the system. The formula of the self-emulsifying composite system was 0.2% lauryl glucoside + 750 mg/L amphiphilic polymer AP-C16. The results showed that, at 80 ℃, the heavy oil could be completely emulsified with lauryl glucoside by tube turning. The mixture of lauryl glucoside and AP-C16 could increase the stability of the emulsion, in which the stabilization time exceeded 60 min, and the viscosity reduction rate reached more than 97%.

    SHAN Xiu-hua,ZHAI Ke-ping
    2020, 50 (5):  299-303.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-1803.2020.05.003
    Abstract ( 216 )   HTML ( 4 )   PDF (1534KB) ( 377 )

According to the variation range of the mass concentration of the oil displacement agent in the produced fluid provided in the oil field, an ASP flooding simulated produced fluid was prepared in room. The influences of the type and concentration of the oil displacement agent in ASP flooding produced fluid on the system dehydration rate, backscattered light and stability characterization value (TSI value) were monitored from a macro perspective. At the same time, the rheology and interfacial film strength of the produced fluid were measured, and the mechanism of dynamic stability of the simulated produced fluid was analyzed from a micro perspective. The results showed that the influences of dehydration rate and TSI value on the stability of ASP produced fluid were consistent. The scanning measurement of the produced fluid system by TURBISCAN stability analyzer could obtain the dynamic and real-time changes in the process of emulsion instability. With the increase of alkali mass concentration, the interface viscoelasticity first increased and then decreased, and the influence of alkali on the viscosity of the system was small. The interface film strength first increased and then weakened, and the stability of produced fluid first improved and then decreased. When the alkali mass concentration was 900 mg/L, the produced fluid was most stable. With the increase of surfactant mass concentration, the elasticity of the interfacial film increased, the viscosity changed little, the strength of the interfacial film increased, and the stability of the produced fluid increased. With the increase of polymer mass concentration, the viscoelasticity of the oil-water interface increased, the interfacial film strength increased, and the stability of the produced fluid increased.

    LI Jun,WANG Jie,LI Hui,YAO Chen-zhong,GU Ying-qiu,SHI Li-juan
    2020, 50 (5):  304-308.  doi: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-1803.2020.05.004
    Abstract ( 315 )   HTML ( 4 )   PDF (1107KB) ( 336 )

The aggregation behavior of a nonionic surfactant, TX-100, in pure EAN and mixed solution of EAN/PEG-200 was investigated by surface tension measurement and NMR. The results indicated that spherical micelles were formed in both systems. With the increase of PEG-200 content in the mixed solvent, the surface tension, critical micelle concentration (cmc) and the size of the formed particles were increased. The cmc of TX-100 in the two systems increased with the increase of temperature. Theoretical calculations showed that the micellization of TX-100 in solution was enthalpy-driven at low temperature, and was entropy-driven at high temperature.

    Abstract ( 321 )   HTML ( 9 )   PDF (1005KB) ( 487 )

The purpose is to screen fungicides with good water solubility, environmental protection and strong bactericidal effect on plant pathogens. The bactericidal activity of pyridine-containing heterocyclic ammonium chloride cationic surfactants with different carbon chain lengths (C8, C10, C12, C14, C16) against four kinds of plant pathogens was tested by agar plate dilution method. The toxicity regression equation was obtained, and the effective antibacterial concentration (EC50) was calculated. The results show that the pyridine-containing heterocyclic ammonium chloride cationic surfactants with a carbon chain length of 12 (C12) has a significant antibacterial activity for Rhizoctonia solani Kühn, watermelon Fusarium wilt, apple valsa canker and Botrytis cinerea Pers. with the EC50 of 9.69×10 -3, 2.93×10 -2, 1.57×10 -5 and 1.85×10 -4g/L, respectively. While the EC50 of the control drugs containing jinggangmycin, methyl butazine, difenoconazole and mycoazole for the above plant pathogens individually are 7.02×10 -2, 0.506, 3.50×10 -4 and 2.04×10 -3 g/L, respectively. The EC50 value of C12 for four pathogens are significantly lower than the control drugs, which has good bactericidal activity and further research value. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of C12 against the four plant pathogens are 0.094, 0.091, 0.083 and 0.087 g/L, respectively. It provides the basis for the research on the prevention and treatment of plant pathogens by pyridine-containing heterocyclic ammonium chloride cationic surfactants.
