教条式方法 | 认为样本至少是总体的5%,但事实上调研人员所建议样本量还不足整体的1%,该方法是确定样本容量最简单的方法,但在总体很大时不适用 |
约定式方法 | 认为某个“约定”的数量就是正确的样本容量,如民意调查通常是1 000~2 000,该方法虽然看似科学但忽略了实际情况的差异 |
成本基础法 | 将成本作为确定样本容量的基础,该方法可以解决大多问题,同时也不需要考虑样本的精确度 |
统计分析法 | 通过一些高级方法要求一个最小样本容量以确保结果的可信度 |
置信区间法 | 运用差异性置信区间、样本分布以及平均数标准误差或百分率标准误差等概念来创建一个有效的样本 |
