    含氢硅油改性聚醚破乳剂的表界面性能研究

    将聚醚破乳剂SP169、AP201和AE1910进行硅油改性获得改性破乳剂SISP、SIAP和SIAE,并通过红外光谱进行了结构表征。测定了上述破乳剂的表面参数cmc、γcmcΓmaxAmin,结果显示改性后的破乳剂表面张力更低。动态油/水界面张力研究结果显示,多支化的SIAP和SIAE其降低油/水界面张力的能力更强。通过不同破乳剂的油/水界面黏弹性研究,得到了破乳剂油/水界面扩张弹性(εd)和扩张黏性(ωηd)随着扩张频率(ω)变化的曲线,结果表明聚醚改性主要影响了破乳剂油/水界面黏性模量的变化。研究了破乳剂对原油乳状液的破乳性能,SP169和AP201改性后破乳剂SISP和SIAP性能提升最明显。

    The polyether demulsifiers SP169, AP201 and AE1910, were modified with hydrosilicone oil to obtain modified demulsifiers SISP, SIAP and SIAE, which were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy. The surface parameters such as cmc, γcmc, Γmax, Amin of the demulsifiers were measured. The results showed that the modification improved the ability of the demulsifiers to reduce the surface tension of the solvent. However, the results of dynamic oil-water interfacial tension showed that the multi-branched SIAP and SIAE had higher ability to reduce the oil-water interfacial tension. Meanwhile, the curves of dilatational elasticity (εd) and dilatational viscosity (ωηd) of demulsifiers at oil-water interface with the variation of dilatational frequency (ω) were obtained by studying the viscoelasticity of the oil-water interface for different demulsifiers. It showed that the modification of polyethers mainly caused the change of the viscous modulus at oil-water interface for the demulsifiers. The demulsification performance of demulsifiers for crude oil emulsions was studied, and the performance of SISP and SIAP which were demulsifiers modified from SP169 and AP201 had been improved maximally.

    黑色素是导致人类皮肤和头发色素沉着的主要因素。酪氨酸酶是黑色素生物合成途径的关键酶。其中抑制酪氨酸酶是减少皮肤黑色素产生的主要策略之一。文章介绍了黑色素的生物合成途径、蘑菇酪氨酸酶与人酪氨酸酶的区别、酪氨酸酶抑制机理以及抑制酪氨酸酶活性的植物提取物和单体成分。抑制酪氨酸酶活性的植物成分通常为含有苯环或酚羟基结构的化合物,主要包括对苯二酚类、苯甲醛和苯甲酸酯类、苯乙素类、苯丙素类、二苯乙烯类、黄酮、多酚和醌类化合物。并对一些植物成分的结构和酪氨酸酶抑制活性的相关性进行阐述,希望能为相关研究工作者提供帮助。

    Melanogenesis is a primary cause responsible for the pigmentation of human skin and hair. Tyrosinase is a key enzyme in melanin biosynthetic pathway. Inhibition of tyrosinase activity is one of the main strategies to reduce the formation of melanin in the skin. Here we reviewed the melanin biosynthetic pathway, the differences between mushroom tyrosinase (mTYR) and human tyrosinase (hTYR), mechamisms of tyrosinase inhibition, and the plant extracts and monomer components that inhibit tyrosinase activity. The active plant components that inhibit tyrosinases include hydroquinone and its derivatives, benzaldehyde and benzoate derivatives, phenethyls, phenylpropanoids, stilbenes and their derivatives, flavonoids, polyphenols and quinones, which contain the benzene ring or phenolic hydroxy group in their structures. The correlation between the structure of tyrosinase inhibitors from plant extracts and tyrosinase inhibitory activity was discussed, hoping to provide help for relevant researches.

    以HZSM-5分子筛为催化剂,均苯四甲酸二酐和正丁醇为原料合成均苯四甲酸四丁酯绿色表面活性剂,考察了一步晶化法和两步晶化法对分子筛结构和性能的影响,并对反应温度、时间、催化剂用量、醇酐摩尔比等工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:两步晶化法制备的HZSM-5分子筛结晶度高,晶粒尺寸小且规整;较佳反应工艺条件为:反应温度220 oC,反应时间6 h,催化剂用量5%,醇酐摩尔比7∶1。在此条件下,均酐转化率达93%。

    Pyromellitic dianhydride reacted with n-butanol to produce a green surfactant of tetrabutyl pyromellitate using a HZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst. The effects of the one-step crystallization and two-step crystallization on the structure and performance of the molecular sieve were investigated. The reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst dosage, alcohol-anhydride ratio and other process conditions were optimized. The results show that the HZSM-5 prepared by two-step crystallization has high crystallinity, small grain size and regular grain size. Under the better conditions: 220 oC reaction temperature, 6 h reaction time, 5% of the catalyst, 7∶1 of the ratio of alcohol to anhydride, the conversion of pyromellitic dianhydride was 93%.

    织物洗涤剂柔软性能测试方法的研究

    研究布基、洗涤浓度、浴比、水质、水温等洗涤条件对织物洗涤剂柔软性能的影响及测试方法条件下对产品的分档效果。结果表明,应选择针织棉白布为测试布基。柔顺剂柔软性能测试质量浓度为1 g/L,该条件下能对不同产品分档。洗衣液柔软性能测试条件为:(30±1) ℃下在硬水配制的质量分数为2 g/L的洗涤溶液中放入5块布片,洗涤4轮。该测试条件下结果稳定可靠,一定范围内不同产品区分度较好。当某些产品性能接近洗涤4轮无法区分时,可适当增加洗涤次数来区分其优劣。

    The influences of washing conditions such as cloth base, washing concentration, bath ratio, water quality and water temperature on the softness by the use of fabric detergents were studied, and the grading of products under the condition of the testing method was studied. The results showed that white knitted cotton cloth should be selected as the test base. The testing mass concentration of softener was 1 g/L. Under this condition, different products could be graded. The test conditions to evaluate the softness for the washing liquids were as follows: at (30±1) ℃, 5 pieces of cloth were put into the washing solution with the mass concentration of 2 g/Lprepared by hard water and washed for 4 cycles. The results under the test conditions were stable and reliable. Different products could be well distinguished within a certain range. When the performance of some products was close to each other and it was impossible to distinguish them by four washing cycles, the washing cycles could be appropriately increased to distinguish them.

    通过模拟货架期的配方稳定性分析测试,成膜及抗水性测试以及Visia CR图像分析研究了乙基纤维素在新型水包油唇釉中的应用特点。使用Lum稳定性分析仪通过加速离心实验,验证含乙基纤维素的唇釉相比安慰剂唇釉更加稳定,成膜及抗水性测试表明含质量分数2.5%乙基纤维素的唇釉相比安慰剂成膜性更好、均匀,且抗水性更好。通过Visia CR进行图像采集,实验结果显示添加了2.5%乙基纤维素的配方涂抹于唇部后光亮度更高(p<0.05),可提供镜面光泽,色彩饱和度更高;配方的遮盖力显著提高(p<0.05)。

    Via formulation stability analysis, film formation and water resistance tests, together with Visia CR image analysis, the application characteristics of ethylcellulose in innovative oil-in-water lip gloss was studied. With the accelerated centrifugation experiment of Lum dispersion analyzer, it was verified that the liquid lipstick containing ethylcellulose was more stable than the placebo without ethylcellulose. Film-forming & water resistance tests and the results of contact angle meter show that the lip gloss containing 2.5% ethylcellulose has better and more uniform film than the placebo, and its contact angle is higher. Images were captured by Visia CR. The results show that the lip gloss containing 2.5% ethylcellulose has a higher brightness (p<0.05), providing mirror-like luster and higher color saturation. The hiding power of the formula has significantly increased (p<0.05).

    葡萄籽发酵液的护肤功效及安全性研究

    以葡萄籽为原料,利用红酒酵母对葡萄籽进行发酵得到葡萄籽发酵液,通过实验检测葡萄籽发酵液与水提液中的活性成分,结果显示葡萄籽发酵液中蛋白质(3.13±0.036) g/L与多糖(0.36±0.015) g/L含量显著高于水提液(P<0.05),说明酵母发酵可显著提升提取液中活性成分的含量;通过检测葡萄籽发酵液与水提液对ABTS +·、DPPH的清除能力探究二者的抗氧化能力,结果显示葡萄籽发酵液对ABTS +·和DPPH自由基的IC50分别为0.322%和1.448%,葡萄籽水提液对ABTS +·和DPPH自由基的IC50分别为0.358%和1.707%,且发酵液与水提液清除自由基的能力之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。通过检测葡萄籽发酵液对成纤维细胞、人永生化角质形成细胞的作用评价其潜在护肤功效,利用绒毛膜尿囊膜台盼蓝染色实验,人体皮肤封闭型斑贴实验评价葡萄籽发酵液对眼、皮肤的刺激性,结果显示葡萄籽发酵液具有潜在的延缓衰老、抗炎作用,并对眼、皮肤基本无刺激性。

    Grape-seed fermentation broth was obtained by fermenting grape seeds with red wine yeast. The active ingredients in grape-seed fermentation broth and water extract were analyzed by experiment testing. The results showed that the protein (3.13±0.036) g/L and polysaccharides (0.36±0.015) g/L in grape-seed fermentation broth were significantly more than in the water extract (P<0.05). It indicated that yeast fermentation could significantly increase the content of active ingredients in the extraction liquid. The effects of grape-seed fermentation liquid and water extract on the scavenging ability of ABTS +·and DPPH were studied to evaluate their antioxidant capacities. It was found that the IC50 of grape-seed fermentation broth to ABTS +· and DPPH free radicals were 0.322% and 1.448%, respectively, and the IC50 of grape-seed water extract to ABTS +·and DPPH free radicals were 0.358% and 1.707%, respectively. Meanwhile, there was significant difference between the abilities of fermentation broth and water extract to scavenge free radicals (P<0.05). The potential skin care efficacy of grape-seed fermentation liquid was evaluated by investigating the effects on fibroblasts and human immortalized keratinocytes (Hacat). Chorioallantoic membrane-trypan blue staining and human skin patch test were used to evaluate the irritation of grape-seed fermentation liquid to eyes and skin. It showed that grape-seed fermentation liquid had potential anti-aging and anti-inflammatory effects, and it was basically non-irritating to eyes or skin.

    对5款增稠剂含量不同的Q弹粉底霜进行了质构测试分析,并对其肤感进行了测试。质构仪结果表明,随着增稠剂含量的增加,产品的硬度不断增大,而弹性、黏性、内聚性等特征呈现先增大后减小的趋势。感官测试结果表明,产品涂抹时肤感的柔软性与质构硬度以及内聚性有较强的相关性,相关系数分别为0.909和0.745。膏霜的涂抹性与质构硬度具有显著负相关性,相关系数为-0.512。感官弹性参数与质构参数具有较强的相关性,其相关系数为0.774,且质构仪的其他各项参数均与感官测试有较好的相关性。这项研究对化妆品研发中,用仪器分析取代人体感官测试是很有意义的可行性尝试。

    The textural and sensory analyses of five products of elastic foundation creams with different thickener content were carried out. The results obtained by a texture analyzer showed that, with the increase of thickener content, the hardness of the product increased gradually, while the springiness, adhesiveness, cohesiveness and other parameters were first increased and then decreased. The sensory results showed that the skin softness during the application of the product had a strong correlation with hardness and cohesiveness, and the correlation coefficients were 0.909 and 0.745, respectively. The spreadability of the foundation cream had significantly negative correlation with the textural hardness, with a correlation coefficient of -0.512. The elasticity (a sensory parameter) had a strong correlation with the springiness (a textural parameter), and the correlation coefficient was 0.774. The results showed that the parameters obtained by the texture analyzer had good correlation with the sensory tests. The study proved that it had potential to use instruments to predict sensory test results for cosmetic products.

    为探讨一款复方精油抑制酪氨酸酶活性和黑色素含量的效果,采用气相色谱与质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对一款复方精油进行成分分析;以促黑素细胞激素(α-MSH)诱导黑色素高表达的小鼠黑色素瘤细胞(B16细胞)为模型,利用台盼蓝染色记数细胞、CKK8法测定复方精油对黑色素细胞活力的影响;分别采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)和多巴氧化法测定细胞内的黑色素含量以及酪氨酸酶活性。结果显示,该复方植物精油中含有蒎烯(26.19%)、芳樟醇(12.98%)、檀香醇(9.39%)、乙酸芳樟酯(9.16%)等化合物;当复方精油质量浓度小于0.1 g/L时对B16细胞没有毒性,细胞增殖率高于90%;不同质量浓度的复方精油对α-MSH诱导的B16细胞内的黑色素含量和酪氨酸酶活性均有显著的抑制作用,当质量浓度为0.1 g/L时,对B16细胞内黑色素合成的抑制率为36.03%,对细胞内酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率为51.27%,其抑制黑色素生成效果最佳。综上所述,该复方植物精油能够显著抑制黑色素合成,抑制B16细胞内酪氨酸酶活性。

    In order to investigate the inhibitory effect of a blend essential oil on tyrosinase activity and melanin content, the composition of this blend essential oil was analyzed by GC-MS. Taking mouse melanoma cells (B16) with high melanin expression induced by melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH) as the model, the effects of the blend essential oil on melanocyte vitality were determined by trypan blue staining and CKK8 method. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and dopa oxidation method were used to measure melanin content and tyrosinase activity in cells. The results showed that the blend essential oil contained a large number of compounds such as pinene (26.19%) , linalool (12.98%) , santalol (9.39%) , linalyl acetate (9.16%) , etc.; the blend essential oil had no toxicity to B16 cells when the mass concentration was less than 0.1 g/L, and the cell proliferation rate was higher than 90%; the blend essential oil at different mass concentrations could significantly inhibit the tyrosinase activity and melanin content in B16 cells induced by α-MSH. When the mass concentration of blend essential oil was 0.1 g/L,it had the best inhibitory effect on melanin production, and the inhibitory rates on tyrosinase activity and melanin synthesis were 51.27% and 36.03%, respectively. In conclusion, the blend plant essential oil could significantly inhibit melanin synthesis and inhibit the tyrosinase activity in B16 cells.

    基于45 ℃、75% RH的恒温恒湿加速试验,采用UPLC-Q-TOF/MS对不同类型的加速防晒乳液中的8种紫外线吸收剂进行了定性及稳定性研究。结果表明,在防晒乳液体系中,8种紫外线吸收剂的化学稳定性较差,与加速时间呈正相关降解,且采用UPLC-Q-TOF/MS分析时计算所得降解率明显高于HPLC分析。对紫外线吸收剂进行降解产物分析时发现,其某些降解产物可能与原型化合物具有相同的母核结构,故具有类似的紫外吸收特性和色谱保留行为,从而造成UPLC-Q-TOF/MS和HPLC分析时的结果差异。因此,相较于HPLC而言,UPLC-Q-TOF/MS灵敏度更高、专属性更强,可利用化合物特有的精确分子量,对结构和性质类似的不同降解程度的紫外线吸收剂降解产物实现更好地区分,更适用于紫外线吸收剂的稳定性研究。

    Based on the constant temperature and humidity acceleration test at 45 ℃ and 75% RH, UPLC-Q-TOF/MS was adopted to qualitatively study the stability conditions of 8 ultraviolet absorbers in different sunscreen cosmetic emulsions. The results show that the 8 ultraviolet absorbers are in poor chemical stability with a certain degree of degradation when they are added in the cosmetic emulsions, and the degradation rate under UPLC-Q-TOF/MS is significantly higher than that of HPLC. Analysis of possible degradation products revealed that some degradation products of UV absorbers may have the same nucleus structure as the prototype, which directly lead to the similar UV absorption characteristics and chromatographic retention behaviors. So, compared with HPLC, the UPLC-Q-TOF/MS has higher sensitivity and stronger specificity, and is able to achieve better differentiation of similar compounds by the unique precise molecular weight. Therefore, it is more suitable for the stability research of ultraviolet absorbers.

    The application of traditional tea and Non-Camellia Tea in toothpaste in recent years was reviewed. The article introduced the efficacy and functional ingredients of traditional tea and Non-Camellia Tea in oral care, as well as the toothpaste products and intellectual property rights of toothpaste products based on them. The article summarized and prospected the application status of traditional tea and Non-Camellia Tea in toothpaste, and provided a reference for the further development of traditional tea and Non-Camellia Tea toothpaste products.

    表面活性剂广泛应用于护肤品和皮肤清洁类产品,但频繁使用或不当接触表面活性剂可导致皮肤刺激、敏感或屏障功能损伤,引起皮肤不良反应。为了皮肤的安全,本文针对表面活性剂作用于皮肤的结构和成分,梳理其作用于皮肤的途径,基于该途径和皮肤症状两个维度建立评价体系,并对减缓表面活性剂刺激的功效成分及其作用原理进行分析总结,为抗敏抗刺激功效成分及温和型表面活性剂体系的研发提供参考。

    Surfactants are widely used in skin care products and cleansers, but frequent use or improper contact with surfactants can cause skin irritation, sensitivity or barrier function damage, causing skin discomfort. For the safety of skin, this article elucidated the mechanism of surfactants on skin from the structure and composition of the skin that surfactants act on. Furthermore, two evaluation systems for surfactant effect on skin were proposed based on mechanism aforementioned and skin symptoms respectively. Lastly, the active ingredients and their action mechanism to lessen surfactants were illustrated. It is hoped to provide references for the research and development of active ingredients and mild surfactant systems for skin protection.

    The research progress of effectiveness test methods of cosmetic antiseptic system were introduced, and the related standards of cosmetic were analyzed and compared, including Toiletry and Fragrance Association (CTFA) , American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) , United States Pharmacopeia (USP), European Pharmacopeia (EP) and Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China (ChP), and it provided a reference for cosmetics enterprises to select the method of preservation test scientifically.

    Simultaneous determination of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid by high performance liquid chromatography in licorice extract in raw materials of cosmetics

    选取甘草提取液中典型有效成分甘草苷和甘草酸,建立其高效液相色谱检测方法。样品用质量分数为50%乙醇提取,以Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm×5 μm)为分析柱,乙腈-0.05%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长237 nm。结果表明,该方法测试时间短,测试结果准确;在0.5~100 μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999 5; 空白样品中加标回收率为91.47%~114.57%,相对标准偏差为0.87%~3.32%。该方法准确、可靠,适用于化妆品原料甘草提取液中甘草苷和甘草酸的测定。

    A comprehensive analytical method based on high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed for the determination of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in licorice extract in cosmetics. The target compounds were extracted with 50% ethanol, separated on a Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm×5 μm) in gradient elution program using acetonitrile and 0.05% phosphoric acid as mobile phases, at flow rate of 1 mL/min, and detection wavelength of 237 nm. The method had a short test time and accurate test results, it showed good linear relationship between 0.5-100 μg/mL with correlation coefficients larger than 0.999 5. The spiked recoveries in the blank sample were in the range of 91.47%-114.57% with the relative standard deviations of 0.87%-3.32%. The results indicate that the developed method is rapid, accurate and reliable, which is suitable for the determination of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in licorice extract in cosmetics.

    依据微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对甘肃省27个市、州、县地区抽样的30批次唇膏类化妆品进行检验,采用在线内标校正,外标法定量分析唇膏类化妆品中金属元素的种类、含量情况。在曲线范围0~100 μg/L (Hg:0~5 μg/L)时,仪器检出限为0.000 11~1.6 μg/L,在定容体积25 mL,理论取样量为0.3 g时,方法检出限为0.000 009 2~0.13 mg/kg,线性相关系数均大于0.995 1,加标回收率为81.8%~120.0%,RSD小于5%。试验结果表明,该方法在同时测定唇膏中多种元素过程中,方法简便、快捷、省时、节约成本,并且灵敏度高、重现性好。

    Thirty batches of lipsticks sampled from twenty-seven districts in Gansu province were tested by microwave digestion coupled with ICP-MS. The types and concentrations of metal elements in lipsticks were determined separately by online internal standard calibration and external standard method. The detection limit of the instruments was 0.000 11~1.6 μg/L in the range of 0~100 μg/L (Hg: 0~5 μg/L). When the constant volume was 25 mL and the theoretical quantity of the sample was 0.3 g, the detection limit of the method was 0.000 009 2~0.13 mg/kg; the linear correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.995 1; the recoveries of spiked samples were 81.8%~120.0%; the relative standard deviations (RSD) were less than 5%. The test results showed that this method was simple, rapid, time-saving, cost-saving and accurate and had good reproducibility in the simultaneous analysis of various elements in lipsticks.
