Abstract: Determination of enzymatic activity of cellulase formulated with carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) was conducted.Effect of determination conditions including enzymatic reaction temperature,pH value,wavelength and absorbance on the analysis results were studied.Results showed that under conditions for determination of cellulase activity as temperature 50 ℃,pH value 6,wavelength 530 nm and absorbance 0.2~0.4,stable analysis results can be obtained.Further studying on the cellulase formulated in laundry liquid detergent and laundry powder showed that this method is suitable for measuring cellulase activity in laundry liquid detergent and laundry powder.However,the operating temperature and pH value should be strictly controlled.
