黑素合成相关MITF基因及其表达研究概况

Abstract

Abstract: Microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF) is the most important transcription factor in the melanogenesis process.MITF gene and its regulation of transcription level were presented.MITF protein and its action on melanocyte and regulation of melanogenesis,mainly via regulation of tyrosinase (TYR) gene family to control the survival and differentiation of melonocyte as well as conduction of the melanogenesis,its transportation and distribution were summarized.The application situation and prospect of MITF on cosmetics and medicine development were discussed.
