Study on factors that affect the extraction of dioscin under assistance of ultrasonic wave

Abstract

Abstract: Factors that affect the extraction of dioscin under assistance of ultrasonic wave were studied adopting yield of dioscin as the evaluation index.Results showed that the optimal conditions can be recommended as:soaking time,12 h;solid material to extraction solvent liquid ratio,1∶10;time for treatment of ultrasonic wave at frequency 25.98 kHz,30 min;and the extraction is to be operated for three times.
