Progress in research work field with respect to structural modification and formulation development of dihydromyricetin

Abstract: The research work with respect to structural modification and formulation development of dihydromyricetin was introduced,covering structural modification such as metal chelating and esterification et al.,as well as formulation development such as microemulsion,liposome,self-emulsifying agent,β-cyclodextrin encapsulation,theanine complexation and phospholipid complexation et al.The solubility,antioxidation activity and antibacterial capacity of the product after modification and development were discussed.Some existing problems,development trend and application prospects in this field were proposed.
