Abstract: Hydrosilylation of poly(methylhydrosiloxane) (PMHS) with N-methyl-N-allyl-2- perfluoro-2-methyl-3-oxocaproamide (NF2) and allyl polyethylene glycol (F6) was conducted in the presence of the Karstedt catalyst in order to prepare a series of nonionic fluorosilicone surfactants (PF2F6).The structure of the products were characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR and19F NMR.The properties of the products including solubility, cloud point, surface tension and wettability were measured. The results show that the solubility of PF2F6 in polar solvents was excellent and the solubility in water increases with the increase of the content of F6.When the molar ratio of Si-H∶NF2∶F6 is 2∶0.7∶1.3,the critical micelle concentration (cmc) and the surface tension at cmc (γcmc) are minimum, which are 0.13 g/L and 22.8 mN/m,respectively.The cloud point of PF2F6 increases and the contact angle on PMMA surface decreases with the increase of the content of F6 in the reaction system.
