高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中防腐杀菌剂和防晒剂

Abstract

Abstract: A high performance liquid chromatography method to simultaneously detect preservative,sun screener and bactericide in cosmetics was established.The sample was extracted by mobile phase solution composed of V(methanol)∶V(tetrahydrofuran)∶V(water)=14∶43∶43 and separated with above mobility by XDB-C₁₈ column.They can be detected at wavelength of 254,281 and 311 nm at different time periods.The method shows good linear relationship in their respective mass concentration range.Recovery,precision and detection limit of the method can meet their practical testing requirements.
