复配植物防脱生发原料的制备与功效评价研究

Abstract

Abstract: The fresh ginger,polygonum multiflorumthunb and angelica sinensis were prepared and formulated into a new raw material according to a specific ratio.The model of 5α-reductase inhibition,anti-oxidant property and animal test were conducted for its promoting hair growth and reducing hair loss efficacy.The results show that this material can inhibit the activity of 5α-reductase in vitro and have a certain ability to scavenge DPPH free radical.It can obviously promote hair growth at volume fractions of 10% and 30% in animal study.In conclusion,it is preliminarily proved that the new raw material can prevent hair loss and promote hair growth,and can be used for the development of hair growth products.
