Abstract

Abstract: The application of surfactants in pharmaceutical preparations,drug synthesis and pharmaceutical analysis were introduced.As an important assistant in many kinds of pharmaceutical preparations,surfactants,which have the function of emulsifying,wetting,solubilization,infiltration and co-solving,improve the performance and quality of drugs.Surfactants also can be used as the phase transfer catalyst in the synthesis of drugs and the solubilizer and sensitizer in the analysis of drugs.Finally,the application of surfactants in the field of medicine was summarized and prospected.
