Process study on surfactant-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma

Abstract: Based on single factor test in combination with orthogonal test,the extraction conditions for total flavonoids from Cistanche deserticola Y.C.Ma,and taking surfactant aqueous solutions as the extractant were examined.The results showed that under conditions as:using 0.2% mass fraction SDS aqueous solution as the solvent;solid/liquid ratio (g∶mL) of 1∶20;extraction temperature of 80 ℃;and extraction time of 1.0 h,the extraction yield achieves 7.34%.
