基于表面活性剂增溶技术的薯蓣皂苷萃取研究

Abstract

Abstract: Surfactant solubilization technology was adopted for extraction of dioscin with assistance of ultrasonic wave action.Influence of kinds of the surfactant,as well as carbon chain length,hydrophilic lipophilic balance (HLB) value and critical micelle concentration (cmc) of the surfactant on effectiveness of dioscin extraction were investigated.Results showed that the anionic surfactant with carbon chain length of 12,HLB value of higher than 15 and smaller cmc value displays better extraction yield of dioscin.Sodium dodecyl sulfate aqueous solution with concentration of 2.58×10^-2 mol·L^-1 is recommended as the proper extraction solvent;the extraction yield of dioscin achieves 9.51%.
