头皮屑发生机理及头皮生物化学变化研究进展

摘要:
综述了头皮脂膜与微生态、头皮屏障功能以及头皮生物化学变化等研究成果,总结出头皮屑人群与健康人群在头皮微生态、头皮皮脂分泌、皮脂组分及屏障相关蛋白质和脂质等方面的差异。推断皮脂分泌、屏障受损、微生态失衡这三种主要因素之间可能的相互作用关系,为更加科学有效的去屑洗发剂的研发提供新思路。

Abstract:
Research work achievements with respect to scalp lipid membrane and its microorganism, scalp barrier function as well as biochemical changes of the scalp were reviewed. Differences between scalp of conventional persons and persons with abnormal dandruff in view of the changes of the scalp microecology, scalp sebum secretion, sebum components and the occurrence of the proteins and lipids related to the barrier were summarized. A comprehensive description of the mechanism of dandruff formation, and the possible interactions among the three major factors of sebum secretion, scalp barrier damage and micro-ecological imbalance were provided, and it might infer a new idea for the development of more scientific and effective research work for preparation of anti-dandruff shampoo.
