中文摘要: 阐述了光刺激和光致敏的定义、区别与联系,从光化学反应、细胞、组织模型,动物和人体试验等不同水平介绍了国内外常用的试验评价方法及进展,比较分析了各方法的适用范围和优缺点,并对目前化妆品皮肤光敏感研究的挑战和发展趋势进行了总结和展望。
Abstract:The definition, differentiation and association of photoirritation and photoallergy were elucidated, and various assessment tools for evaluating cosmetic photoirritation and/or photoallergy used conventionally in domestic and international as well as the progress in this field covering various aspects such as photochemical reactions, cultured cells, tissue models, animal testing and in vivo human testing were introduced. The application scope, advantages and disadvantages of each method were compared and discussed. The development trends and challenges in the current research work on cosmetic skin photosensitivity were summarized and prospected.
