中文摘要: 建立了HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱气相色谱和FID检测器测定市售日化香精中乙醇、1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇溶剂含量的方法。结果表明,各目标化合物分离良好,乙醇、1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇的线性范围分别为0.1~10,0.08~8和0.06~6 g/L,相关系数均大于0.999。该方法重复性良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于1%,方法检出限为0.28~3.35 g/L,在高、中、低3个加标浓度下,3种溶剂平均回收率为96.1%~103.0%,RSD为0.33%~1.33%(n=5)。该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,精密度好,满足快速准确分析的要求,适用于日化香精中溶剂含量的检测。
Abstract:A method for determination of content of solvents (ethanol, 1,2-propanediol and glycerol) in fragrance for household and personal products by gas chromatography (GC) equipped with capillary column HP-INNOWAX and hydrogen flame ionization detector was established. Results showed that each component displays good separation. The linearity range of ethanol, 1,2-propanediol and glycerol achieves 0.1-10, 0.08-8 and 0.06-6 g/L respectively. All the correlation coefficients are higher than 0.999. The method is repeatable and reproducible with RSD less than 1%. Detection limit achieves 0.28-3.35 g/L. All average recoveries under three spiking levels (high, middle and low) range from 96.1% to 103.0% (RSD=0.33%~1.33%, n=5). The method was simple and accurate, which may be used for the determination of the solvent in fragrance for household and personal products.
